Hard Skills

• Proven experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, or related fields
• Proven track record in implementing Gen AI solutions in enterprise environments
• Skilled in optimizing and managing Gen AI models on cloud infrastructures
• Ability to lead teams and manage Generative AI projects
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries.
• Generative AI & LLMs
  • Demonstrable experience building applications with Large Language Models on Microsoft Azure ecosystem, namely 4o and o3.
  • Knowledge of Gemini 2. 5 Pro and Claude 3. 7 Sonata a plus.
• Experience using Azure AI Services for TTS (e. g. , Eleven
  Labs), STT (Whisper-large-v3), STS (gpt-4o-mini-realtime-preview), Azure Document Intelligence for OCR and Embeddings (text-embedding-3-small and/or 3-large)
• Deep understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and principles.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, specifically Lang

• Backend API development using Fast

• Knowledge of Guardrails for content safety and Lang
  Fuse for observability, evaluation and feedback

  • Proven experience developing and deploying applications on Azure

• Knowledge in Integration with Microsoft Graph API: Reading emails, calendars, One
