Project: 100% remote (resource must be physically located in Portugal, Spain, UK, or Poland).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in AI/ML solutions architecture, with at least one year focused on generative AI technologies.
• Knowledge in generative AI, understanding fundamental concepts and methodologies, and familiarity with design patterns for AI solutions.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and ensure alignment.
• Ability to evaluate and select suitable generative AI technologies and tools.
• Understanding of ethical considerations, governance, and responsible AI guidelines, especially for
  - generating models.
• Languages: Portuguese and English (advanced). Spanish is a plus.

• Design and implement generative AI solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and select AI models, frameworks, and tools for performance and scalability.
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
• Mentor engineering and data science teams.
• Stay updated on AI trends and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.

• Experience with vector databases and RAG techniques.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks like Lang
  Chain or Llama
  Index.
