Responsabilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Generative AI solutions.
• Guide and mentor a team of junior developers, ensuring technical quality and innovation.
• Collaborate with business areas to translate needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Define and evaluate architecture choices, balancing
  - offs of different approaches.
• Establish governance policies and best practices for responsible AI adoption.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of professional development experience, with strong focus on Generative AI.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Open
  AI, Hugging Face, Lang
  Chain, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Proficiency in Python, Docker, Git, and CI/CD practices.
• Proven experience in technical leadership or mentoring teams.
• Deep knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and risk management in enterprise environments.
