Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level in a fast-paced, international environment? We’re looking for a General Ledger Accountant to join a growing Shared Services Centre in Lisbon, supporting operations across global markets — with a primary focus on Canada.

About the Role:
In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, support compliance with accounting standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You’ll gain exposure to the dynamic world of medical technology and healthcare, while contributing to meaningful outcomes and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Record and post journal entries accurately and efficiently
Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Support month-end and year-end closings
Assist in preparing financial reports and audit documentation
Collaborate with finance, AP, AR, and other teams
Contribute to process improvements and financial analysis

What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2+ years of experience in general ledger accounting
Proficiency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
Availability to work extra hours during closing periods

What’s Offered:
Base salary + meal allowance
Hybrid work (2 days at the oficce per week)
