Location: Paco De Arcos - Q45, Portugal. Thales Portugal is a Competence Centre of the Thales Group, supporting finance and accounting processes for Thales projects worldwide. This role is part of Thales Business Support Services (TBSS), serving as a Shared Service Center for multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather, analyze, and interpret financial data
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial records through audits and reconciliations
• Maintain and align general ledger entries, including accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications
• Support budgeting and forecasting through consistent accounting practices and analysis
• Prepare reports, manage documentation, and stay updated on accounting standards and regulations

What we are looking for

• Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics (or in a similar area)
• Experience working with General Ledger processes
• Good sense of relationship and strong interpersonal qualities
• Knowledge of English
