Job Summary:

The Coordinator, General Ledger Accounting, plays a key role in supporting the
-
- day operations of the general ledger function. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, assisting with
- end close activities, preparing journal entries, and supporting internal and external audits. The ideal candidate is
- oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post journal entries following company policies and accounting standards.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with
  - end and
  - end close processes, including accruals and adjustments.
• Maintain and update supporting documentation for financial transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in general ledger
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e. g. , SAP, Oracle, Workday)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear communicator and team player with a
  - solving mindset
