Our client is a multinational company, leader in its sector and they are recruting an GL profile.
responsabilidades chave
Your role:
analyse financial data to ensure accurate revenue recognition according to corporate policies
perform
- end,
- end, and
- end financial closing activities
examine documentation supporting revenue recognition in terms of compliance with US GAAP and internal guidelines (RRC)
monitor and analyse revenue streams to identify trends and variances
monthly Reporting to Corporate
perform Balance sheet account reconciliations and SOX controls
support audits and other business queries.
perform Other Duties As Required.
competências
If you have:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance/ ACCA
Minimum 2 years of General Ledger/ AR work experience involving US GAAP
Communicate effectively and professionally in English (written and oral), other foreign language would be an asset (preferably French/Italian)
Advanced computer proficiency with SAP ERP or Microsoft Dynamics Navision and MS Office Suite including Excel expertise
Demonstrated ability to work on and own initiatives while also collaborating within a team
Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, then make clear and timely decisions
Proactive with the ability to manage
- dependent critical processes
Strong understanding of controls required within an accounting organization.
Operates with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
