The Role
We’re seeking a
- aligned, dynamic General Manager – DTC Sales to lead and scale our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business globally. This role will own revenue, performance, and customer experience across DTC channels including our website store, Tik
Tok Shop, online wholesale platforms, and oversee customer experience. You will also work closely with our Sales, Finance, Product, Creative, and Supply Planning teams to align strategies and maximize growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the global DTC P&L and drive
- line growth and profitability across all digital sales channels. - Manage and grow a
- functional DTC team: US and International Growth, UX, Customer Experience & Sales Growth. - Lead DTC strategy development and execution across all digital channels and online wholesale accounts.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing, pricing, and conversion strategies.
- Oversee customer service and sales operations, ensuring a seamless and
- quality consumer experience while retaining and converting new customers and identifying growth opportunities. - Analyze performance data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with US/International Sales and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency and support omnichannel initiatives.
- Lead the Digital Product strategy to enhance customer experience and CRO.
- Work closely with Tech and Business Intelligence teams to manage data and create effective campaigns across channels and optimize for growth.
- Partner with Supply Planning to mitigate

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in DTC/e
Commerce leadership roles, preferably in food or CPG sectors. - 3+ years of people management experience.
- Experience taking brands from 0 to 1.
- Proven experience deploying growth marketing channels and platforms at scale in a financially sustainable manner, including Amazon US and International, Facebook ads, Google search ads, Tik
Tok ads, Native ads, Snapchat ads, Twitter ads, and You
Tube ads. - Strong P&L ownership experience with a
- driven,
- oriented mindset. - Demonstrated ability to lead
- functional teams and collaborate across departments and geographies. - Ability to strategize and roll up your sleeves.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, customer experience, funnel optimization, online merchandising, and pricing.
- Global market experience, including US, and comfort working in a
- paced,
- up environment. - Proficient in Notion or similar workspace tools.
- Strong analytics mindset, with experience in tools like Mixpanel, GA, and Omni.
- Basic understanding of Shopify.
- Familiarity with Front, Siena, or similar tools.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional languages appreciated.
- Ability to work from our Cabra Figa office 3 times per week.
