- end international brands.
The Portuguese site is entering a key transformation phase: the next General Manager will play a central role in driving production recovery and operational excellence, improving quality, lead times and workflows, and structuring the organization to support growth.
As General Manager, you will be the key leader of the office and integrated production unit. You will drive both operational performance and business development in a
- growing and challenging environment regarding these four points:
- Operations
- Business Growth & Partnerships
- Strategic Responsibility and Administration
- Leadership & People Management
Skills and profile
- Minimum 10-15 years in a managerial role within textile or apparel production, ideally with direct exposure to knitwear manufacturing.
- Strong product sensitivity and a sharp understanding of perceived value, aesthetics and quality standards in premium knitwear.
- A deep understanding of the full value chain, from product development to industrial production.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and development teams to translate creative intent into feasible and
- quality products. - Commercial mindset with the ability to develop new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Languages: Fluent in Portugueuse and English (mandatory). French is a plus.
