At Eni , we are looking for a General Services Specialist within Plenitude Iberia in Santander, Spain. You will be responsible for managing and controlling of the maintenance of the installations of the Santander and Portugal offices.

As a member of the People, Culture & Services area at Plenitude Iberia you will be responsible for :

-Managing travel bookings: validation of fares, travel contracting and control of expenses applying the company's current regulations.

-Managing activities: organization of events, trips, transfers, fleet, etc.

-Supporting in administrative/operational processes, supplier tracking - Delivery of goods and services.

-Supervision and maintenance of the office supplies inventory.

-Social benefits support.

-Administrative management support.

-IT support.

-Reception of visitors, couriers, and packages.

-Internal communication: events, procedures, best practices, etc.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :

-Demonstrable experience in a similar position.

-University degree.

-Advanced level of English, Other languages are valued.

-Proficiency in Office package.

-Experience in ERP or management systems.
