We are searching for a Generative AI Developer for our main Portuguese offices located in Lisbon.

What will be your main duties?

• As part of the Amper R&D team for AI technologies, design and development of the Amper internal generative AI system to support several company departments such as Sales, Legal, HR and Finance.
• Development of innovative AI functionally for Amper products in the domains of Energy Io
  T, Aeronautics and Defense.
• Preparation of technical documentation
• Setup of AI Proof of Concepts and provide training to users

What do you need to join us?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 year of experience in the development of software projects and working in development teams
• Excellent verbal and written English and Portuguese communication skills
• Knowledge of Spanish will be valued.

Knowledge:

• Software Development: C++, Python
• Artificial Intelligence: LLM; (such as LLa
  MA, Deep
  Seek, v
  LLM), RAG, fine tuning, agents
• AI Opensource technologies (such as Ollama, Chroma
  DB and Open-Web
  UI)
• Front-end technologies (such as Java
  Script)
• Platforms: Windows, Linux, Docker virtualization
• SCRUM Development Methodology
