About the Role: AI Engineer – Generative AI (Full Remote – International)

Required Skills

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience building generative AI applications in the financial domain (trading, compliance, customer support)
• Knowledge of collaborative
  - agent systems using Lang
  Graph or Semantic Kernel
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience integrating LLMs (e. g. , GPT-4, Claude) into AI pipelines
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure services: Azure Open
  AI, Azure ML, Azure Cognitive Search
• Familiarity with AWS services (a plus)
• Skilled in designing
  - step RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines with structured and unstructured data
• Experience developing autonomous AI agents with conversational memory and
  - term context handling
• Proficient with Dev
  Ops tools and practices
• Practical experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and observability tools in regulated environments
