AI Engineer

willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a

remote project.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build and maintain

Generative AI solutions in production environments

Integrate

LLMs

into real products and business workflows

Implement and operate

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

architectures

Develop

AI-powered workflows and automations

Ensure high standards of

software quality, reliability and maintainability

Define and apply sound

engineering and architectural decisions

Promote a strong culture of

testing, code quality and robustness

Technical Profile:

Proven experience delivering

Gen
AI solutions in production

Hands-on experience with:

LLMs integration

RAG pipelines

AI-driven workflows and automations

Strong background in

software engineering

Solid experience with

clean, scalable and
- structured code

Strong focus on

automated testing and solution reliability

Ability to work autonomously in complex technical contexts

Personal Profile:

Senior-level maturity and sense of ownership
