We are looking for a Project Manager for a hybrid project based in Lisbon or Porto (2x/Week).
Scope: Implement a new procurement tool with harmonized approval workflows in alignment with the Group’s expectations (P&P). Procurement & Performance (P&P) is the owner of the target solution and the Global Project team is implementing the selected tool.
The deployments will start with the Hubs that already have a procurement tool that must be decommissioned end of 2025.
Requirements:
- +3 years of experience in project management.
- Knowledge of risk management and outsourcing awareness.
- General knowledge of IT topics (specifically IT Risk and Cyber Security is a big plus).
- Understanding of the data protection regulatory landscape, internal policies, and standards.
- Knowledge of major frameworks, issues, and developments regarding Law and Regulation.
- Fluent in English .
Responsibilities:
- Create centralized Cybersecurity services, from ideation to
- live, following Third-Party Risk Management processes, governance, and methodologies. - Define scope, deliverables, and delivery process together with Cybersecurity experts and internal providers.
- Collaborate with experts from Tax, Legal, Compliance, Data, etc. , to identify key risks related to performing activities across different territories.
- Mitigate risks by defining, monitoring, and executing actions in line with conditions set in risk assessments.
- Support project management in related initiatives, from ideation to
- live, ensuring compliance with defined processes and methodologies. - Provide operational support to teams in implementing extended structures across different countries, including organizing change management for local teams.
- Draft contracts (SLA, billing processes) between departments and the involved locations, and supervise the contracting process.
- Produce reports for steering committees and central teams, including updates on projects, risks, and status.
