Senior Project Manager – Corporate Actions Transformation
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a major Corporate Actions Transformation initiative within Post-Trade operations.
This is a
- visibility strategic role requiring strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery discipline across complex banking environments.
You will oversee planning, execution, coordination, and reporting for a
- entity transformation effort involving IT, business, and external vendors.

Your Responsibilities
Lead the Corporate Actions Transformation Project , ensuring adherence to scope, planning, and strategic objectives.
Maintain alignment of all stakeholders (IT, business, vendors, management) throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and control budgets, resources, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
Ensure a deep understanding of both functional requirements and technical constraints to support informed
- making.
Facilitate effective
-
- day execution: anticipate needs, remove blockers, and drive smooth collaboration.
Coordinate activities across
- entity teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
Produce clear, structured and regular reporting to senior management.
Profile Sought
8+ years of project management experience , ideally within banking or
- trade environments.
Background in transformation programs with complex stakeholder landscapes.
Knowledge of corporate actions is a plus (not mandatory).
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and maintain focus on key delivery objectives.
Experience working across
- entity and vendor ecosystems.
Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
French is a strong asset.
