HPDRONES , the leading enterprise drone company in the Iberian market, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment process and ensure we attract the best talent to fuel our growth.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job posting to offer and onboarding
• Create compelling job advertisements and publish them across Linked
  In and other platforms
• Actively source candidates (hunting) through networks, and industry events
• Conduct initial screenings and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
• Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and become productive quickly
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with agility and organization
• Support employer branding initiatives to position HPDRONES as an employer of choice
• Implementation of performance evaluation process

What We're Looking For:

• 2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection (preferably in tech, engineering, or startups)
• Proven track record in
  -
  - end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, negotiation)
• Experience with Linked
  In Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
• Growth mindset: proactive,
  - driven, and entrepreneurial
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (required)
• Degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field (preferred)
