What you will do:
- Provide exceptional customer support via emails, calls and chats
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide
-
- step guidance to customers - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
- Document customer interactions
- Improve customer support processes and procedures
- Maintain high level of product knowledge
- Stay up to date with the product updates and changes
- Excellent German and English is a must (both spoken and written)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support in
- paced environment - Strong
- solving and troubleshooting skills - Attention to details
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
- Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM-4 PM, Portugal time
