Requisitos:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native or proficient level of German (C2)
- Advanced level of Portuguese (at least C1), both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt to challenging software systems
- Good communication skills and argumentation, ability to create empathy and turn negatives into positives
- Analytical and
- solving skills with strong attention to detail - Desire to learn and advance, curiosity, and investigative skills
- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
