This specialized role focuses on resolving complex inquiries related to travel policies, regulatory compliance, and booking adjustments for a major global service provider.
What You Will Do:
- Specialized Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor, responding to
- priority customer contacts (primarily B2C) concerning flight bookings, refund processing, policy interpretation, and regulatory questions specific to the German market. - End-to-End Case Management: Own and manage cases from initial contact to resolution, ensuring all documentation aligns with service standards and industry regulations.
- Process Efficiency: Utilize expert knowledge of internal systems and operating procedures to provide swift, accurate, and compliant solutions, minimizing the need for lengthy transfers or repeat contacts.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain an exceptionally high standard of quality in both written and verbal German and English communication, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to professional guidelines.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with
- office teams, legal departments, and operational staff to resolve complex or escalated client situations effectively.
We Are Looking For:
- Language Prerequisite: Native or Near-Native fluency in German (C1/C2) is mandatory. Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1) is essential for internal communication and training.
- Experience: Previous experience in a
- volume,
- focused customer service, administrative, or
- related role is highly valued. Experience in the travel, finance, or regulatory sectors is a strong asset. - Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, crucial for handling precise policy and regulatory information.
- Communication: Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication style, with the ability to convey complex information simply and effectively.
- Reliability: Proven ability to manage a
- time, consistent work schedule efficiently and reliably. - Work Authorization: Must be willing to relocate to and be legally authorized to work in Portugal.
Working Conditions:
- Location: On-Site in our modern office environment in the beautiful city of Lisbon, Portugal.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with a highly desirable, fixed schedule of 08:00 AM 05:00 PM (Portuguese Time).
