Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional support via phone, email, chat, and social platforms.
• Help passengers with bookings, modifications, and cancellations.

• Suggest flight routes, upgrades, and personalized travel solutions.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• 0–1 year experience in customer support or related roles.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow within an international environment.
