Your Role and Responsibilities
As a German-Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for users via email and chat. Your main responsibility is to provide friendly, accurate, and timely support to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive user experience. You will be instrumental in maintaining user trust and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
Email & Chat Support: Handle a high volume of inquiries through email and chat, providing clear and concise solutions to user problems.
Troubleshooting: Assist users with common technical issues,
- related questions, and general product inquiries.
Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and feedback to contribute to knowledge bases and process improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to escalate complex issues and ensure a seamless support experience.
User-Centric Approach: Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism, ensuring every user feels heard and supported.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are not only fluent in the required languages but also possess the right mindset for this challenging and rewarding role.
Essential Requirements:
German Proficiency: A minimum of B2 level or higher in both written and spoken German is a must.
English Proficiency: A professional working proficiency in English ( B2 level or higher ) is required for internal communication and training.
Communication Skills: Excellent written communication and
- solving skills.
Team Player: The ability to work collaboratively in a
- paced team environment.
Location: You must be willing to work
- site in our Porto office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Experience: While not mandatory, previous experience in a customer service role, particularly with email and chat support, is a significant advantage.
Technical Skills: Comfort with using various software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
