About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
