If the answer is yes, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing Retention department as a Team Leader!

About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of retention specialists for the German-speaking market, ensuring they achieve their targets and provide exceptional customer service (telecommunications area).

You will play a key role in guiding the team in building customer loyalty relationships and ensuring their retention and satisfaction.

What you must have:

• Fluent German (native or near native level/C2) and excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment.
• Previous experience in a telecom company is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Demonstrates resilience and innovative thinking
• High energy and enthusiasm to inspire others

What will you get:

• Competitive base salary starting from €1, 150 gross, negotiable up to a certain cap depending on experience.
• Monthly target bonus of up to €600 gross.
• German language allowance of €350 gross per month.
• English language allowance of €150 gross per month.
• Meal allowance of 9. 61€ p/day worked.
• Remote work, Monday to Friday (you must be living in Portugal, with a fixed
