Cross Border Talents is hiring German Client Support Agents to work in Lisbon for a travel company project in Portugal.

You will be part of a multilingual
- facing team, working onsite with internal teams for a leading online multinational company. Your role includes guiding client brands on ad effectiveness, optimizing marketing campaigns, providing technical support, and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities as a Legal Online Operations Analyst:

• Assist customers with booking hotels, holiday packages, and other
  - related services;
• Provide helpful and effective service for travel and
  - travel questions;
• Assist customers with questions regarding payment, changes, cancellations;

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and German;
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and
  - functional teams;
• Experience with Microsoft Office;
