Content Moderator (German-Speaking) Social Media – Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site). Welcome Bonus: 3000.

What You'll Do

• Review and moderate
  - generated content according to platform guidelines
• Assess and handle reported issues within agreed turnaround times
• Monitor user behavior and enforce community policies
• Apply content standards consistently across diverse and sensitive scenarios
• Escalate complex issues when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Contribute to service improvements and platform safety

What We-'re Looking For

• Speak and write German fluently (C1 level)
• Communicate confidently in English (B2 level)
• Hold a college degree or equivalent diploma
• Have experience or strong interest in social media and digital platforms
• Bring prior experience in content moderation or similar roles
• Are available for 24/7 rotating shifts
• Demonstrate strong
  - making skills and cultural awareness
