Job Description:

This is a
- known social media platform seeking a content moderator.

Responsibilities:

1. Review online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices related to copyright issues.
2. Review and update content on the social media platform.
3. Audit received content and prepare it for social media upload.
4. Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs.
5. Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
6. Follow accuracy guidelines as specified by the client.
7. Protect customer data and adhere to compliance processes.

Qualifications:

• German language proficiency at C1 or higher.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Associate degree in a related field preferred, with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Dependability and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work in a

• Patience and professionalism in customer interactions.
