As a Trust & Safety Specialist, you’ll moderate digital content and ensure it aligns with community and platform standards. Your attention to detail and

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing text, images, videos, and links for compliance with content policies, without exposure to disturbing material
• Applying moderation rules consistently to maintain a safe and respectful user environment
• Responding to user appeals with professionalism and clear reasoning
• Collaborating with internal teams to support policy enforcement and best practices
• Keeping up with digital trends to improve moderation techniques
• Offering feedback to optimize moderation tools and workflow processes
  
  
  

• C1/C2 proficiency in German
• B2 proficiency in English
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
