Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Monitoring: Review videos, audio, comments, and links to ensure they meet community standards, identifying and removing inappropriate content
• Policy Enforcement: Ensure all content, including images and titles, complies with platform guidelines
• User Interaction: Handle user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation decisions
• Compliance: Work with your team to meet industry regulations and ensure adherence
• Trend Monitoring: Analyze emerging user behaviors and adapt moderation strategies to minimize risks
• Process Optimization: Offer feedback to improve moderation tools and practices

Qualifications:

• C1 proficiency in German
• B2 proficiency in English
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow
