Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator for an

- generated content—such as product listings and posts—to ensure it complies with guidelines, regulations, and internal standards. Your efforts will help create a safe, consistent, and
- quality shopping experience for users around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review content to ensure compliance with company policies, community standards, and legal requirements
• Evaluate user submissions with precision, fairness, and cultural sensitivity
• Support a safe and reliable platform experience for both buyers and sellers
• Follow established workflows while adapting to policy updates and changing priorities
• Identify, document, and escalate sensitive or complex cases when necessary
• Stay up to date on moderation techniques, platform updates, and industry practices
  
  
  

• Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (B2 level)
• EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
• At least one year of experience in Content Moderation
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
