Review
- generated content, legal notices, and complaints, particularly related to copyright or platform violations
Audit and moderate content on a
- known social media platform
Ensure that all moderation decisions are in line with client guidelines and performance metrics (KPIs)Maintain

- date knowledge of platform policies, tools, and client services
Protect user data and uphold compliance protocols
Identify trends, report issues, and help ensure
- quality user experiences
Proficient in German (C1 level) and fluent in English (B2 or above)Comfortable with PC navigation and digital platforms
Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong attention to detail and patience in repetitive,
- paced environments
Flexible with work schedules, including night and weekend shifts
Previous experience in a related field is a plus, though not required
Strong customer service orientation is highly valued
