Your Tasks

• Review and tag videos from a popular social media platform based on set guidelines
• Make quick and accurate decisions about content
• Support users via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Assist merchants with questions about products and services
• Share ideas to improve customer experience
• Collaborate with other teams such as Sales and Marketing

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in German
• English level B2/C1 – will need to write reports and understand team communication
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage stress
• Quick decision‑making and agility
• Confidence and independence
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Motivated to grow – the project is expanding fast
