Your Tasks

1. Review and tag videos from a popular social media platform based on set guidelines
2. Make quick and accurate decisions about content
3. Support users via phone, email, chat, and social media
4. Assist merchants with questions about products and services
5. Share ideas to improve customer experience
6. Collaborate with other teams like Sales and Marketing

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in German
• English level B2/C1 – You’ll need to write reports and understand team communication
• Calm under pressure – You’re quick, confident, and comfortable with repetitive work
• Motivated to grow – This project is expanding fast!
