What You'll Do:

• Review and moderate content to ensure it adheres to platform policies and guidelines.
• Provide clear, consistent communication regarding content issues to users.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to continuously improve the moderation process.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) with strong communication skills.
• Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring content quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and thrive in a dynamic environment.
