Job Description

Role: German Content Moderator (Porto Office)

Schedule: Rotative Shifts - 24/7 (2 days off per week)

Contract: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Review online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices regarding copyright issues.
• Update and manage content on social media platforms.
• Audit content before sharing for uploads.
• Ensure service quality aligns with KPIs.
• Maintain understanding of client products and services.
• Follow accuracy guidelines and safeguard customer data.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
• Proficient in PC usage and computer navigation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask.
• Flexible, patient, and professional in customer interactions.
• Willing to work flexible, rotating shifts.
• Associate degree and 6 months to 1 year relevant experience preferred.
