- commerce, streaming services, tech companies, social media, tourism and many more all over the world.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Review and moderate
  - generated content across various digital platforms, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and comments.
• Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Identify and upscale content that violates terms of service, copyright laws, or poses potential risks to users.
• Respond promptly to user inquiries and complaints regarding content moderation issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and online safety.

REQUIREMENTS

• Dynamic and Proactive
• Strong understanding of online community dynamics and digital content trends.
• Excellent judgment and
  - making skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex content issues.
• Based in Porto or willing to relocate (This position is at the office).
• Relocation package on offer
• Able to immediate start (starting on the 5th of July)

CONDITIONS ON OFFER

• Full time (40h/week) on a rotational schedule + 2 Days OFF
