German Content Moderator Porto

Overview

Languages: Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2). Start Date: November 18, 2024. Office Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site). Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotative shifts between 08:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Days Off: Saturday & Sunday. Type of Contract: Permanent. No Relocation Package: Local Candidates Only.

Compensation: Base Salary: 1300 EUR gross per month (14 months), 18 200 EUR annually. Language Bonus: 250 EUR paid annually. Performance Bonus: 380 EUR per year.

Role: Content Moderator — responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of content on our platform in compliance with guidelines and policies, maintaining a positive user experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate
  - generated content according to established guidelines and policies
• Review and assess reported content, taking appropriate actions such as editing, deleting, or escalating as necessary
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation tasks
• Respond to user inquiries and issues related to content moderation in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to improve moderation processes and guidelines
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content moderation and community management

Requirements

• Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level), both written and spoken
• Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a
  - paced environment
• Excellent communication and
  - making skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts including evenings
