We're hiring for a position that requires German (C1) and English (B2) proficiency!

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site)

Shift: Monday to Sunday, 06:00 - 21:00 (Rotative Shifts)

Days off: 2 Rotative Days

Responsibilities:

1. Review and update content on a popular social media platform
2. Audit and share content for social media uploads
3. Ensure customer service meets contractual KPIs
4. Handle customer complaints and legal notices regarding copyright material

Requirements:

1. Strong computer navigation and PC knowledge
2. Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
3. Attention to detail, multitasking skills, and adaptability in a
   - paced environment
4. Team player with a professional attitude, especially in customer interactions
