We’re hiring fluent German speakers for an exciting on‑site position as a Content Moderator in our dynamic office located in Porto, Portugal. This role is central to keeping our social media platform safe and positive, specifically for our German‑speaking community.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Review user‑submitted content—including text, images, and videos—to ensure strict compliance with community standards.
• Make swift, accurate decisions on whether content should be removed or escalated, focusing on hate speech, graphic violence, or misinformation.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and neutrality while reviewing sensitive content.
• Work effectively in a 100% on‑site environment and keep up to date with evolving policies.
• Complete fluency in German (written and spoken).
• At least a B2 level of English for internal communication and policy understanding.
• Previous content moderation experience is helpful but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• All necessary work equipment will be provided by the company.

Work Schedule and Compensation

This position operates on a 24/7 rotative shift schedule, requiring availability any day from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays. Shift options:

• Morning: 07:00 to 16:00
• Afternoon: 14:00 to 23:00
• Night: 22:30 to 07:30
