Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Content Moderator to help keep online communities secure, respectful, and welcoming. If you have sharp attention to detail, thrive in dynamic environments, and care about online safety, this role could be a great match!

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Monitoring: Review and evaluate text, images, videos, and links to ensure they meet platform standards — no exposure to sensitive material
• Policy Enforcement: Apply platform guidelines and community rules consistently across all content
• User Support: Handle user appeals, offering clear and professional explanations for moderation outcomes
• Compliance Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with regulations and industry standards
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with emerging online trends to help improve moderation strategies

• B2 proficiency in English
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
