Native-level German (C2) and fluent English
Comfortable with technical troubleshooting and eager to learn new technologies
Strong ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear,

Proficient with Google Docs/Sheets and general PC literacy
Patient, proactive, and a collaborative team player
EU passport or valid residence permit
