About the role
As a German Customer Support specialist, you will provide high‑quality support to high‑net‑worth clients.
Responsibilities
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Manage customer relationships and digitized processing for services such as travel and lifestyle.
- Perform inbound/outbound calls and written communication within guidelines/goals.
- Complete daily tasks efficiently and timely.
- Maintain accuracy and security of customer information in the database.
- Identify and appropriately escale issues.
- Compose thoughtful and accurate customer email responses.
- Research information and solve problems using available resources.
- Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks.
- Work proactively and independently to meet targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Native or C2 level German.
- Advanced C1 level English both verbal and written.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone conversation skills and superior writing skills.
- Courtesy, active listening and personalized follow‑up.
- Customer‑oriented and willingness to provide personalized care.
- Attention to detail and quality of service: thoroughness, precision, reliability.
- People‑oriented, value‑added interpersonal skills.
- Experience using Office and CRM tools.
- Experience managing situations.
- Early adopter of technology.
- Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision.
- Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors.
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
- Local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (work on site).
