Your role: Join our German Customer Advisor team. Your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Providing first contact resolution to customer queries
2. Offering specialized customer support via written and phone communication
3. Building meaningful relationships by answering customer questions courteously and professionally
4. Meeting and exceeding customer service quality, compliance, and productivity targets
5. Creating an outstanding customer experience that we are proud of
6. Following management directions and providing feedback

To succeed, you need:

1. Native or proficient German (C2)
2. Advanced English skills (at least C1), both verbal and written
3. Excellent communication skills, attentive listening, and strong writing skills
4. Analytical and
   - solving skills with attention to detail
5. A desire to learn and grow, curiosity, and
   - solving abilities
6. EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
7. Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (on-site work)
