This remote role involves being the friendly voice and helpful hand behind our service. From answering questions to suggesting tailored solutions, you'll play a key part in ensuring customers feel valued and supported.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Responding to customer queries via phone, chat, and email in German
• Providing clear information about products and services to meet client needs
• Handling issues or complaints calmly and professionally
• Ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth,
