Career Opportunity – German-speaking Customer Consultant (Sales & Support)

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid or Fully Remote)
Start Date: October 31st
Schedule: Monday to Friday – rotating 8-hour shifts, with earliest start at 07:00 and latest finish at 18:00

Your Responsibilities:

Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy;
Provide support and build long-term customer loyalty;

Your Profile:

Native or fluent in German, with strong English communication skills;
Previous experience in a contact center environment;
Proven sales experience and customer-oriented mindset;
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
