Job Description:

Your role as a customer support agent involves providing
- quality service to their customers while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide support and guidance to customers, resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Maintain accurate data input of customer inquiries and feedback in the customer service database.
• Use open questions, support documents, and system training to troubleshoot issues.
• Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1/C2 level or native)
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Typing speed of 20 words per minute
• Availability to work in rotating shifts
• Previous experience or contact with clients
• Good listening and empathy skills
• Team spirit and flexibility
