About the Job

We are hiring German speakers on behalf of our client, a player in the mobile

- sale (m
POS) industry in Europe. Founded five years ago, they developed a unique payment service that empowers small merchants to accept card payments anywhere using just their smartphone.

Role Overview:

As a German Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for their German-speaking customers, assisting them via phone, email, chat, and social media. Your main goal will be to provide exceptional support, answering questions about their products and services, and ensuring our merchants have a positive experience. You will also collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing, to continuously improve our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support to German-speaking clients through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
• Assist merchants with inquiries about our m
  POS products and services
• Work on optimizing
  - related processes to enhance satisfaction
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to resolve customer issues

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role (preferred)
• Technologically savvy (comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers)
• Excellent communication skills in German and proficient in English
• EU member state passport or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit
• Patient,

• Strong
  - solving skills and persistence
• Well-organized, able to stay calm under pressure

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 (possible extension to 21:00)
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week

Compensation and Benefits:

• Performance Bonus and Attendance Bonus
• Meal Allowance: EUR 6/per working day (paid in meal card)
