We are seeking a German native speaker with strong English (B2) to join our dynamic customer service team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a flexible environment while delivering exceptional support to customers across Europe.

Your Role
- Handle incoming user requests via phone, email, and chat, logging all interactions in the CRM
- Provide timely responses and resolutions within service level agreements
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by actively updating customers on progress
- Support sales goals by identifying upsell opportunities while delivering excellent service
- Log and follow up on orders or requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Your Profile
- Native German speaker with English B2 proficiency
- Previous experience in customer support or contact centers is mandatory
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills
- Calm and professional under pressure
