Are you a German speaker looking for a new challenge in sunny Lisbon? We are currently recruiting customer service agents for our I-Gaming client for the office in Parque das Nações, Lisbon. The challenge:You’ll be responsible for the customer service, treating every customer as a friend and demonstrate respect by being fair, empathetic, and patient. Keep the promises. Read and listen to the customer’s problem carefully, then answer their question in call center environment. Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English. - Previous experience in call center environment, wanting to learn!- Good comunication skills. - Availability to work from the office in Lisbon. We offer:
