Start date: 27. 10. 2025Gross salary for the Italian market: €870 base + €570 language bonus + performance bonus of up to €144 + meal allowance (€167, 86). What You’ll Be Doing:Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
Help with orders, exchanges, and identify upselling opportunities
Ensure accurate case tracking and timely

What We’re Looking For:Fluent German – mandatory
Strong English skills – written and spoken
Previous experience in customer support (ideally in a contact center or B2B setting)Ability to multitask, adapt, and thrive in a
