Your Job

? Join a global leader in insurance services!
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to support clients with their insurance questions by phone and email.

Your Tasks

• ? Answer questions about different insurance coverages
• ? Help with policy cancellations
• ? Support insurance brokers with their inquiries
• ? Handle emails and incoming/outgoing calls
• ? ‍♀ Stay calm and professional when dealing with customer concerns

What We’re Looking For

• ✔ Fluent in German, both written and spoken
• ✔ Good English skills (B2 level)
• ? Friendly and clear communication
• ? Problem-solving mindset
• ? Active listening and attention to detail
